At Classic Whimsy, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase; if a piece doesn't fit your story, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the journey back to our studio for you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
